Dr George has a PhD from UMIST and an MBA from Manchester Business School.

She is an associate coach for IMD and London Business School. Rhonda has been a lecturer in Organization Development and Change Management for Fordham and New York Universities, as well as the CIPD.

She has had an impressive list of assignments with the public and private sectors, including the Cabinet Office, the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit and Capability Review Teams, HMRC and NHS.
Ms Kris has also been involved in the Police Strategic Command Course since 2007.

She is a Chartered Psychologist and a Professional in the field of Organizational Development.
Dr Maria areas of specialization include Leadership Psychology, Group Dynamics and Executive Coaching. Her research allowed her to specialize further in leadership teams and to break new ground in measuring trust.

Ms Nevine is a passionate facilitator and well-rounded HR professional with 20 years of hands-on experience. She specializes in HR management, leadership training, performance management, organizational development, and talent strategies.
She has led, designed, and delivered development programs across Egypt, Greece, Albania, Bulgaria, and Turkey, using face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
Ms Nevine holds an MBA, is a DiSC-certified soft skills trainer, and is a recognized Tutor with the Institute of Leadership (UK).

Emad is the Chairperson of the HR Core Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce and is the President of the Human Power Association in Egypt.
